Hi and welcome to NYCS. I started this blog as a place where smokers could talk about the things that are important to them. Whether complaining about taxes, new products and brands or whatever. The point is we now have a place to be heard.  I also want to point out that I in no way advocate tax evasion or any other illegal activity.  I’m just pointing people to a source, they, by law have to be adults to purchase cigarettes and thus are old enough to make their own decision about purchasing them.
